Trying can help, but I think it's just as unhealthy to forget it. A lot of people try to convince me to just "move on," but it's not as easy as just saying that. Is there anything specific I can do? I want to say talking can help but it never seems to do much for me. Maybe you just have to wait it out to see how it has or hasn't worked.
